Domestic Violence Statistics
- Women between the ages of 15 and 44 are injured more by domestic violence than muggings, car accidents, and rapes combined
- Roughly 2 million women are beaten or abused each year in the US. Some speculate it could be as many as 4 million
- Approximately 26% of victims are male.
