The Administration department is located at Orono City Hall. The department provides support to the City Council, City Administrator and all other City departments. Responsibilities include providing meeting information, maintaining the City’s official records, handling public data requests, administering Elections, administrative permits and licenses, and providing exceptional customer service to residents, contractors and other visitors at City Hall.
The City of Orono administers city, state and federal elections for its residents in even years. The odd year school district elections are administered by each school district. The City is available to answer your questions about polling places, voter registration, absentee voting, and other election information.
